The Challenge
For years, Atlas relied on a bespoke Magento Enterprise platform for its portals and Microsoft Dynamics GP for accounting. As Magento approached its end of life, the company realized that continuing to manage multiple, siloed systems was costly, complex, and unsustainable. Staff spent significant time on manual maintenance, and the system often buckled under the pressure of high-volume holiday cycles.

The Solution
Atlas selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS, implemented by ArcherPoint, to replace both Magento and Dynamics GP. This cloud-based solution provided a modern, unified platform that significantly reduced complexity and created a strong foundation for future growth. As part of its ongoing innovation strategy, Atlas is deploying Channel Sales Manager (CSM) to integrate with Shopify, enabling a refreshed, streamlined direct-to-consumer storefront.

The Future
