Hol-what-cracy? Holacracy is an organizational framework that we use to free our team from the typical constraints and bureaucracy of a top-down organizational structure. The idea is to decentralize management and organizational governance in order to distribute decision making. We leverage circles of self-organizing teams and roles to empower team members to take actions that better serve customers, encourage innovation, and provide satisfaction.

Learning and development

We believe in education and in developing leaders. Funds and time are allocated for every team member to further their skills and education through internal and external training. We expect our team to always be learning and to set aside time weekly to focus on growth, whether that be new technology, business skills, soft skills, or leadership.
