The Platinum 10 Plan builds on ArcherPoint’s popular platinum level support plan offering ArcherPoint’s reliable Dynamics NAV support, plus ten hours of development work per month.

The launch of this new plan was in response to continued requests from clients. Over the years, as ArcherPoint’s support team has worked to resolve support tickets, a reoccurring theme has presented itself: to resolve support requests be it performance issues, problems with add-ons, or workarounds, there would need to be some development work: not hours and hours, but rather some tweaks of the code.
