ATLANTA, GA – AUGUST 20, 2013 – ArcherPoint, LLC, a Microsoft Dynamics Gold ERP Partner specializing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions and upgrades, today announced that it is opening its first international office in Chennai, India.
“As our clients have gone increasingly global, we have found that we need to go where they are to serve them best,” said Greg Kaupp, ArcherPoint CEO. “Over a third of our clients are already global with offices around the world, and we want to be able to offer them the same level of service no matter what time zone they are in.”
ArcherPoint already offers 24/7 support through its offices in the United States; however, its long-term goal is to “follow the sun,” with its support services so that no one is required to be on call at all hours of the night, ensuring the highest quality services at anytime day or night.
The company has begun building operations in Chennai by training staff to handle international implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), upgrades of existing implementations, and supporting ArcherPoint’s own clients as well as clients and projects of other partners who require 24/7 support and specialized skill sets. The Chennai office will begin delivering services in October, 2013.
ArcherPoint’s initial focus will be on creating new processes and tools to significantly reduce the cost of upgrading Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). The goal is to make the upgrade process so cost effective that companies running Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) can upgrade as often as they would like for significantly less than it typically costs to upgrade.
