ArcherPoint Names Gwendolynn Stearns Head of Professional Services

Atlanta, GA – June 16, 2025 – ArcherPoint, Inc., a full-service, Microsoft Certified ERP Solutions Provider specializing in Dynamics 365 Business Central, a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), and an LS Retail Partner, announces the appointment of Gwendolynn Steams as head of its Professional Services organization. Gwen will be responsible for the group of experts focused on implementing and supporting business solutions across all Microsoft platforms.
Gwendolynn has a rich history in the ERP industry. She began working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV in 1999 as owner and operator of a value-added reseller, providing implementation, strategy, and software support. Throughout her career, she has had many roles, including Lead Consultant, Functional Architect, Trainer, Technical Writer, Project Manager, and Developer.
Since joining ArcherPoint in 2016, Gwendolynn has held positions including Pre-Sales/Solution Lead for Sales, where she focused on generating revenue through new business development and was instrumental in building a line of business aimed at new licenses and clients transitioning from other ERP systems.

Gwendolynn is also a past member of ArcherPoint’s Board of Directors, where she provided input on company strategy from a business development perspective. She has successfully completed more than 60 mid-market deployments, proving her ability to leverage emerging technologies to accomplish overall goals within project definition.
