What are the Dynamics 365 Business Central Licensing Options?

Business Central licensing is available in two levels — Essentials and Premium. You can choose full user licenses on the Essentials or Premium version of Business Central for employees who need complete access to business applications. You can select Team Member licenses if employees only need partial access to Business Central to complete certain functionalities.

The Essentials level of Business Central offers capabilities such as:

Business Central Premium includes all the functionalities of the Essentials version with the addition of two components:
