100% Employee-Owned Microsoft Dynamics Partner Recognizes the Benefits of Becoming an ESOP

In a recent study by Rutgers University and the Employee Ownership Foundation, ESOPs drastically outperformed non-employee-owned companies at retaining jobs by four to one; maintained standard hours and salaries at significantly higher rates; were more likely to provide protective measures for employees; and were more focused on preserving valued employee skills, ties to customers and clients, a culture of teamwork, and a sense of ownership.
