100% Employee-Owned Microsoft Dynamics Partner Recognizes the Benefits of Becoming an ESOP

ATLANTA, GA — October 20, 2021 — ArcherPoint, Inc., a 100% employee-owned Microsoft Gold Partner and Cloud Solution Provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail, is pleased to join in the celebration of Employee Ownership Month.

Each October, Employee Ownership Month focuses on the benefits employee ownership provides to roughly 6,600 companies and 14 million Americans under employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), as well as their customers, communities, and the economy. Year after year, ESOP companies account for over half of Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work for in America.”

ArcherPoint became employee owned in November 2018 to create pride in ownership, build leadership, and distribute shared wealth. ESOPs hold approximately $1.4 trillion in equity and inherently allocate resources more evenly than 401(k) plans, federal housing loans, and others. Greg Kaupp, ArcherPoint CEO and co-founder, was confident in what ArcherPoint could accomplish—both for its employees and the company—by unlocking the entrepreneurial potential of the entire organization. Through the power of ownership, every employee, regardless of geography, would be invested in and responsible for the company’s success.

As owners, every ArcherPoint employee is empowered to make decisions, deliver exceptional services, develop and promote innovative solutions, and serve our customers with intention, authenticity, and sincerity.

“As owners, every ArcherPoint employee is empowered to make decisions, deliver exceptional services, develop and promote innovative solutions, and serve our customers with intention, authenticity, and sincerity,” says Kaupp. "The result is a superior experience and success for our customers, employees, and the company.”

2021 offers even more reason over past years to celebrate Employee Ownership Month. According to The ESOP Association, “This year, in the face of heightened uncertainty and struggles ... it is particularly important to highlight the transformative potential of employee ownership as a stable economic engine for communities.”

In a recent study by Rutgers University and the Employee Ownership Foundation, ESOPs drastically outperformed non-employee-owned companies at retaining jobs by four to one; maintained standard hours and salaries at significantly higher rates; were more likely to provide protective measures for employees; and were more focused on preserving valued employee skills, ties to customers and clients, a culture of teamwork, and a sense of ownership.

"Our core values center on building, learning, delighting, and belonging—all values that focus on people, community, and relationships,” continues Kaupp. “I am optimistic about our community and economy coming back strong as we adjust to the ever-changing course of the pandemic. I’m also pleased with how ArcherPoint, as a healthy, prosperous ESOP, has and will continue to prosper.”
