Creating APIs in Business Central

Alberto, The BusinessCentralGeek, recently offered two useful posts on creating APIs in Business Central.

Business Central provides some standard APIs out of the box, but you need to create custom APIs to access data in custom tables. In his blog, How To Create Custom APIs In Business Central, Alberto discusses how to create and test custom APIs in BC.

REST is a lightweight architecture for building web services. In the blog, How To Use VS Code REST Client To Test Business Central APIs, Alberto walks through how to set up the client extension for VS code, get an access token, then use the token to test the API.
