How does your company handle AI agent development?

Waldo describes how he managed the process at his company by creating company guidelines and agents in VS Code. The process worked: rapid adoption, standardized processes, and a low-to-no learning curve.

But the fly in the ointment was that they might have robbed the developers of the trial-and-error that is part of learning.

Handling parallel sessions in SaaS and on-prem

Codeunit 490, Parallel Session Management, is great for managing multiple sessions in BC on-premises, but it can have severe consequences when used in a SaaS environment.

For starters, it can occupy a session for up to 3600 seconds, polling ActiveSession, which can be costly for shared resources with concurrency caps and timeout policies.

Stefano Demiliani steps through the issues with using Codeunit 490 and offers alternatives for SaaS-based BC platforms.

Comparing Production and Sandbox SaaS environments

Yun Zhu tackles an interesting question: What is the difference between Business Central production and sandbox environments?
