Analyze the list page and query data using the data analysis feature
In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the Analyze function is a powerful tool to help you gain insights and make data-driven decisions. It allows you to examine and interpret your business data in various ways, depending on your needs. Some of the key features are:
- Visualize data with charts and graphs
- Create custom reports to display information most relevant to your business
- Drill down into data points, filter results, and pivot data to get a more granular view

Streamline intercompany transactions
Business Central helps you manage financial transactions between different entities using intercompany transactions, including:
- Setup intercompany relationships by linking each company in the group
- Share master data such as customers, vendors, and items across companies
- Automate the creation of intercompany journals for transactions between companies
- Create purchase orders and sales orders in one company and a corresponding sales order or purchase order will be created in the other company

- Create job queues for tasks like data synchronization, report generation, or periodic data cleanup
- Schedule job queues to run at specific times or intervals so that fresh data is ready when you log in to Business Central

- Configure notifications to alert users when a job queue completes its task
