In 2021, Microsoft announced a new partnership with Shopify and the goal was to offer a comprehensive solution between the eCommerce platform and Dynamics 365 Business Central. This partnership produced the Business Central connector in 2022, and this video provides an overview of the tool and its capabilities.

This how-to video walks you through the capabilities of the Business Central Shopify connector and shows how you can synch products, inventories, customers, and do this on multiple websites. One aspect receiving a good deal of attention is the bi-directional capabilities. This video reveals how you can add a product from Business Central to Shopify and vice versa.
